Stock Availability
While we always endeavor to keep our stocks available, it is always not entirely up to us to guarantee availability we rely on suppliers to make this happen. Our products may not always be readily available from suppliers. We urge all users to confirm product availability before purchase.
Note that the stock of all items on offer is limited. Power Works will make all reasonable attempts to honour purchases arising from products on special if stock is still available. Users will be informed when products are out of stock even when the adverts may still be running on our platforms. Refunds may be made according to our returns and refunds policy.
Warranty
All products, unless specified, carry the importer's warranty. For details on the warranty offered per product, please contact us before purchase. Warranty repairs or swaps are at the discretion of the supplier. Should a warranty be reasonably declined by the supplier, the cost of repair will be the responsibility of the client. Please note that there are no warranties for blown speaker drivers unless it is proven to be a factory fault.
Pricing Accuracy

Power Works will only be liable to return payment already made by you in the case you choose to cancel the sale once you have been made aware of the correct price.
